COSMETICALLY IMPERFECT items are SideSwipes with gouges, imbedded discoloration and/or slight deformation of the frame or silicone. These defects will not affect the performance of the beater.

Patented angled, alternating silicone fins continuously scrape and fold your ingredients down and into your mix. Virtually eliminates the need to stop and scrape. Plus, the gaps between the fins allow chunky bits like nuts and chocolate chunks to pass through without being crushed against the bowl.

BOWL WIDTH is 8.25 inches or less from outside edge to outside edge at top of non-flared bowl. Does NOT work with 3-quart bowl.

I love these beater blades as a professional bake and home baker. They save on time and do a marvelous job mixing. I am sorry you are closing, if I had the money I would buy the company. You guys are the best!

wonderful product

The Sideswipe for K5A (lift bowl) mixer is a game changer. I've been using my original Kitchenaid mixer since 1980, and it's been decades of annoying "need to scrape the sides of the bowl many times" during recipe mixing. The Sideswipe blade eliminates that annoyance, and I'm grateful. Very sad that the official company is going out of business.

Excellent product

This mixer beater is absolutely amazing. It makes using my KitchenAid so much easier - no need to scrape down the sides of the bowl. The first SideSwipe I had lasted me for years. I expect this new one will last just as long.
